This new 92,000 sf medical office building in Castro Valley, California is located directly adjacent to the new hospital and connected on all four levels of the MOB. The facility program includes 74 exam rooms serving 32 physicians, six-station urgent care unit, a blood lab with four draw stations (one is private), an imaging center with two radiology rooms, two mammogram ultrasound rooms, one CT scan room, a conference & training center.
