Fountain View Village

This 250-bed facility includes 95 units of independent living, 91 units of assisted living, and a 64-bed, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility with sub-acute care programs, rehabilitation services, and Alzheimer wing. In addition to the medical facilities provided to the residents, the complex also features a wellness and ftness center, movie theater, bank, post ofce, beauty/barber shop, sweet shop, English pub, bistro, art gallery, and gift shop/boutique.  Residents also enjoy two formal dining rooms with full service kitchens.  

Honored for design excellence by the AIA and the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, the design responds to three distinct phases of aging The first is home to independent residents who also like the comfort of a staff on hand. The second continues the theme of the independent lifestyle, while providing more services and periodic assistance. The third is designed for a more critical phase of aging, with a full-time nursing staff.
