Solterra Bridgewater Assisted Living

Bridgewater is designed to provide seniors and veterans on a restricted income a balance of affordable housing and quality care.  The renovation of this facility, previously a hotel, converted the space into a 93,000 sf, 166-bed assisted living facility. The facility features 150 private rooms and 16 suites located on two levels. The rooms are flexible and can accommodate additional beds for up to a total of 220 beds. These spaces were opened and finishes were updated to allow for ample natural light throughout to create a bright, welcoming space. The central courtyard was designed to provide an inviting and therapeutic environment where residents can participate in a variety of activities.
