Five Hills Health Region, New Regional Hospital Campus Master Plan

The project site consists of 2 parcels. The major parcel is 28.2 acres and the second parcel is 4.6 acres. The first phase consists of a hospital with 72 beds, along with various outpatient service lines including mental health and addictions, dialysis, patient education, outpatient lab and diagnostic. The first phase becomes the heart of the campus creating a hub for future expansion. Phase two of the project consists of a 100,000 SF long term care building. Future hospital expansion plans include a patient tower and the addition of two 80,000 SF medical office buildings.
