Adventist Health, Simi Valley Hospital ED and Surgery Addition

This Emergency Department addition doubles the size of the existing department and includes a full remodel of the overcrowded and dated existing emergency department. It consists of 18 treatment bays; including a trauma room, negative pressure isolation, and secure psych exam. There are also 2 triage rooms (with the capacity to convert one triage into an additional exam room for a total of 19 bays when needed). In support of the ED, site improvements included improved site access, ADA upgrades, improved patient walk-in entry, and a new ambulance entry drive and canopy.
